Because all products sold at The Digital Pattern Desk are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

 

Exceptions: If the files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product listing, please contact us at thedigitalpatterndesk@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will either provide a replacement file or, at our discretion, issue a store credit. We are committed to your satisfaction and will do everything we can to resolve legitimate technical issues.
