Welcome to The Digital Pattern Desk. By purchasing from or using this store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products

All products sold in this shop are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Files are also accessible at any time through your order history in your Shopify account.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. See our Refund Policy below for exceptions.

2. Licensing

Each product listing clearly states whether it includes a personal use or commercial license.

  • Personal use: You may use the pattern to make items for yourself, as gifts, or for non-commercial purposes. You may not sell finished items, use the files in paid client work, or redistribute the files.
  • Commercial license: You may use the pattern or design files to create finished goods for sale (including on Etsy, at markets, or via print-on-demand platforms such as Printify or Printful), create client work, and use in social media or web design projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original digital files themselves.

When in doubt, check the individual product listing or contact us before purchasing.

3. Refund Policy

Because our products are instant-access digital files, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if a file is broken, has missing pages, or is materially different from what was described in the listing, please contact us and we will make it right — either with a corrected file or a full refund at our discretion.

We are a small shop and we read every message. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All patterns, designs, and written content in this shop are the intellectual property of The Digital Pattern Desk. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell the original files in any form.

5. Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure our patterns are accurate and clearly written. If you find an error, please let us know — we update files when corrections are needed and will send you the updated version at no charge.
